In-store returns policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Anchors. However, if you are not satisfied with your item and wish to return your purchase, Anchors will happily process returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original & unused condition with all tags still attached.
Once the item is returned and processed – a credit note will be issued for the value of the product, valid for 6 months from the date of return. A refund will only be offered if the item is faulty or damaged.
We will only accept back goods which have no sign of wear and tear and which arrive back at our headquarters in as new condition with the tags still attached; this does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for the following:

From 1st September 2024, all vouchers issued will be valid for use within a maximum of 3 months from date of purchase.
Guernsey, Jersey & UK Online Purchases

We suggest that you use an insured and traceable postal service to ensure the package is not lost as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are not received by Royal Mail and request that you contact them directly. You will be responsible for the postage cost. Once the package is received we will issue you a credit note for the value of the transaction within 7 days and you will have 6 months to purchase something else.
International Shipping
Sadly due to the logistics of the postal service in Alderney, we have made the decision to not offer International Shipping at this time.
